Tell me which design you like.

That is genuinely the whole brief. Name the one you keep returning to, tell me roughly where your practice is up to, and I will write back with what I would suggest. You do not need to know what pages, features or technical setup you need — and if I am not the right person, I will say so.

Prefer an ordinary email?

A reply within two working days. Enquiry details are used to answer you and nothing else — no list, no follow-up sequence.

A useful first message

What you like, and where you are up to.

This opens an email in your own email app. Nothing typed here is stored by the website.

A couple of lines is plenty. Who you work with, what you like about the direction, and whether your words are mostly ready, rough notes, or somewhere in between.

Already certain the £995 website is right? Read the whole scope first — it is what the written confirmation will be based on.

Before you write

Three things worth knowing.

You will hear back within two working days
From me, not from an automatic reply. Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays.
If I am not the right person, I will say so
Plainly, and with a reason. An enquiry commits you to nothing, and there is no follow-up if you decide against it.
Nothing is agreed until it is agreed in writing
The scope and the price are confirmed in writing before anything is payable. Read the whole scope.
